This was one of those slightly strange phenomena one comes across in extremely cold weather. The drops of water coming from the heating vent/pipe formed what I'm calling an "accidental ice-sculpture" since it sort of looks like the figure of a ghostly person. It's sort of like an upside down icicle or a
stalagmite. Anyway I thought it interesting enough to document in my picture a day project!
